HTC Desire

 

 HTC Desire, my gorgeous phone.. (: Working perfectly fine up till now, and finding apps is a @_@ process because there are just so many to choose from! Not as much as Apple obviously, but still, enough to make my head swim. Trying to figure out how some apps work too. But meanwhile, enjoying it! Esp when I can still msn on the train wahaha. And corporate plans are the best plans in the world <3

Yes, I am perfectly happy and fine with this new toy of mine~

Super useful for the upcoming trip too! Now is to clear all the tuition + work before leaving for the getaway.. :D

Google Keynotes are FUNNY!

Yup, I'm a Google fan. Not hardcore though. 

But under recommendation of my bro, watched Google Keynote on the 2nd day and it was funny! And it didn't end up funny when Vic announced new Evos for everyone, and "sorry to the youtube users who are now watching this" @_@

I wonder how much it costs to go to the Google I/O!

And Tuesday has moved into Wednesday..

Mini countdown on FB each day and night. 

And technically, this is the last work day of the week.. Double happiness!! Tomorrow will be @ City Hall area in the morning from 9 - 11, and that wouldn't feel like work after all because I am not in Buona Vista!

And it's home after that.. What a wonderful half work day. :)

And a few hrs after I'm home, I'll be reluctant to go for tuition with the new toy and much to explore!!!

Ahh.. Hello early long weekend! (and it's only 10 in the morning :s)

When I go home tonight, it'll be time to

1) Dig out all the stuff for trade in
2) Throw all my photos / music into my computer!
3) Check that all my contacts are actually already in my SIM.

Anticipating..

Less than 48 hrs to the exciting world of Android + HTC.. I somehow made everyone around me excited as well.. Boss's eyes were SHINING when discussing the phone with me yesterday..

21 days to Shanghai and World Expo and our Little Durian Star.. 

I haven't  been so excited in quite a while! I just know that we will have a blast of a time over in China (and meeting up with Bettina! :D) It will be THE trip of the year. Good thing there's this trip to look forward to (it looks possibly like the only trip I'll have this year, THANK GOD I'm going and didn't hesitate). It doesn't matter who is going and who is not now, not gonna do any more persuading because there is no point if one is just not interested enough.

Not even the stupid lump in my throat nor the aftereffects of coffee (what's new) can dampen my mood.. Heh.

Once in a lifetime experience, here I come.. :)

Spending recklessly

These days, big items I have been spending recklessly!!

Laptop - bought after a week of my old one spoiling.

Shanghai - even better. Thought of it on Monday, discussed with Liping on Tuesday, booked tickets on Wednesday!

And now - HTC Desire. Saw the advertisement sent by email on Friday, and more or less made up my mind to order it tonight. Hello to an even smarter smartphone! My boss will be happy that I gave in to the temptation. Hahaha.

Total damage just for these 3 items: 3.5k (factoring in 700 bucks to spend overseas).

Er... I will start to save up soon! Hello to being debt free in July (hopefully because I hadn't factor in all these nonsense!!)

Let's hope that we will have a smashing good time in Shanghai! China - hello again!!

No more abstaining from anything!!

After 2 weeks of torture and 1 week of medicine and STILL not recovering, I've decided to just heck it!

No more abstaining from dangerous food.

Bleah.

100th workday

And I'm at home. Seriously, collecting medicine has become a new hobby these days. Good thing my family doctor is not expensive -_-

Hopefully I'm energetic enough to participate in the car rally tomorrow! Excited. 

Meanwhile, finish up my tuition stuff!

SLOW

In the midst of Excel Intermediate course now, and the progress is soooo fast I can blog and surf net and msn and fb all at the same time. :\

I wish afternoon will come faster so what I actually want to learn is here.

Then again, let's hope that what they teach is actually what I don't know, instead of more stuff like =sum(a2:a5) or =average(a2:a5). :s

But at least Virtual PC and Win7 and Excel 07 are quite oddly comforting :D

STILL AWAKE.

Highly suspect the culprit to be the lethal Sprite + Ribena combination! But ok, at least tiredness is starting to set in - it'd better, considering I have to wake up in 3 hrs time??? Later will be a zombified day -_-

Let's make sure the zombified day turns out some satisfaction!

At least I can wake up slightly later on Monday too. :)

Before 10!

One of the rare weekdays that I ended up at home before 10. Like the nua-ing at home, and I think I will sleep at 11 today to make up for the past few days! Pretty pls let me stop dreaming my nights away so that I would actually feel rested. It's ridiculous that I start to even dream on MRT naps. ...

Gym-ed yesterday, and ached like mad the whole of today. Wondered what happened, since I didn't particularly changed my gym routine.. Still wondering if I should gym tmr, my quota of 2 times a week hasn't been reached this week plus I need to eat cheaper lunches! *shakes head*

Yay tomorrow is Friday! And next week will be a damn shiok week with 4 days course -_- of course, that also means my work laptop will be home tomorrow night..

我开始有戒心了。

這應該是好事。

因爲沒有戒心的人才會上當，才會笨笨的被別人騙了也不知情。被耍得團團轉也還不知道發生了什麽事。有戒心，才有一層保護。不會百分之一百的相信別人，才不會把把柄交給別人，讓他們有機可乘。

起碼不會被別人在背後捅一刀！當然，這種事還沒發生在我身上。起碼，我是不知情的 。哈哈。

Nothing can go wrong with Donnie Yen. Seriously.

Same superb moves as the first movie, I love the seemingly slow yet responsive fists and of course the chain of punches that followed thereafter. And the dark humour, of course. Donnie Yen perfects that to a T. 

My only grouch is that the movie ended too soon, the final scene was too fast. Blah. I want 200 minutes of Donnie Yen fighting!!! He has officially elevated up the status to Jackie Chan shows - every movie also must watch!

It invokes a kind of 中國精神 that makes me so proud to be a Chinese :D People ask why I like to watch 武打片, in particular a comment which *ahem* says that girls shouldn't like all these. HELLO, cannot meh? I just like stunt scenes and how perfectly executed every move is. It is so impossible to do a scene well without the fab actors and I salute all martial arts movies! (ok, maybe 刺淩 was an exception...) DONNIE YEN PLS ACT IN IP MAN 3 IF IT SURFACES!

Ahh... ♥ Let me just bask in the Youtube world of Wing Chun demos as well as realise how superb his English is! Maybe I'll try watching the German shows that he did action choreography for :p
