Tuition session turned out to be a counselling session, because Shermaine had a fight with her friends. Spent an entire hour listening to her rant and rave at her clique and how she felt ostracized, and concluding that she didn't have the same thinking with regards to friendship, as the rest of the friends. "Why you cannot come and tell us, we must go and tell you" just showed me that her "clique" is quite an immature one, and from the way she described, it's as though you must register and sign up into the clique, and when you want to leave the clique, you have to give a letter of notice, and quit officially.
Shrugs. Since when should there be an official "oh you're in it" and "oh, tell us if you want to leave the clique". -.- I think their definition of friendship, and basically human interaction is quite screwed up. People only do get together because of similar thinking, there's no way you'll tolerate another person or group for long if the thinking varies vastly.
Which is why I only concluded her raving session with, you're better off without them because you'll only quarrel again if all you do in the group is to tolerate, and then when you can't, burst with anger. And when she's angry, the rest doesn't really care. At least if she's angry, make someone suffer together! Now THAT's friendship. Muahaha.
Forgive me for the ramblings, because it's late and I'm still thinking bout how to cover revision PLUS acids and salts in the next 2 sessions. zzz
