Something I have learnt ever since the start of this year. And thus, I can better appreciate what boss has done for me over the past three years. Butchering is so hard, ok!
I also hope I have been a good boss, if not better. ISFJ type boss - super sensitive.
On a totally separate note, I have totally no idea when the silence will end, and it is getting childish but no I will not end it simply because there isn't any urge to.
