Healthy living

Went for a run in the morning today before heading for course (in anticipation of the heavy eating today). After the 2 week sickness bout, it's my first run. And it's either

1) my stamina has decreased drastically; or
2) I am still sick (which is technically true, I am still coughing).

I am fervently praying that it is the latter because 26min for 3km is just NOT acceptable! :( And since school started, I have not had a chance to run properly - the only runs between Jan 24 and now are the runs on the first day of CNY and today. Gymmed once only for the past month also because of studies and being sick too.

I feel so unhealthy already. Roars.

I guess the only redeeming factor is that I have not had the chance to eat a lot of CNY goodies. Honestly think it is the hectic patent module that unleashed all the potent virus(es) within my body. I have not been sick for 2 weeks for a few years! 

Will get the running back in shape since I've almost recovered. Go go go!
