Chingay Chingay We are One!

So Chingay has come and gone and in a flash, my chance of interacting with JJ has come and passed!

I honestly wasn't expecting to do it after months of silence on PA's part. In fact, I was dreading it because of work and school combined. I have hardly had a good rest since the year started. But Cynthia contacted me one week before Chingay started, and so, trudged on I did, as I have promised her to do it way back in December.

I guess on hindsight, it's been a great experience (even though I was so tired every day from Wed to Sun), Events management is super on the ball and requires making many decisions on the spot. If I had the power to agree to anything, it would have been so much easier but I didn't, hence some parts became problematic. But I'm glad everything got better (sorta) day after day and he wasn't mobbed by fans.

How can I not make use of the opportunity, right?! The professional part of me was struggling so much with the fangirl in me. :/ But I did get to realise that it is pretty sad for artistes to be recognised everywhere they go, they can't even walk back to their hotel rooms without being hounded...

In any case, the Warner people were great and so were my security guards, along with whoever in PA I hounded along the way when things went wrong. ;)

I wonder if I'll get another chance like this!
