That thin line between colleagues / friends

Some time ago, I shared an article on Facebook about the friendships in office and where to draw the line.

It was a very interesting and to-the-point article. And I also know that I have my own rules about friendships in office, much like how I handle my work relationships with my staff. While I have my friends in office, I am very clear about where I draw my line with each of the friends. So far, so good. But I also realised on this Penang trip that the line with the friend has been redrawn and this must be managed more carefully given the current status in office... Gotta tread carefully. 

Nevertheless, yay to one more 志同道合 friend!
